MAT ESSENTIALS
Join this class if you want a full body pilates workout - you will build strength, feel more energised, ease that niggle in your back, clear your mind and notice your everyday movements becoming easier.
Snowy Pilates Club's signature mat pilates class combines classical and modern mat pilates exercises to work your entire body.
You do not need to have done pilates before join this class.

MUMS + BUBS
Our baby friendly pilates class is designed to give mums the space and time to ease back into movement. We will be working our entire body with intention and compassion to support post natal recovery, build strength in the body and mind and connect with other local mums going through the same season as you.
Mums must have clearance from a womens health professional before booking into this class. If you are bringing your baby along, please pack a blanket/mat/bouncer/pram for bub to be put on. We kindly ask that crawling babies are restrained in a seat or pram for safety reasons
